Job Preparedness Workshop

We’re proud to share the success of today’s Job Preparedness Workshop!

As Piggs Peak Town Council, we were honoured to begin the day with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between BSA Training Centre and Council. This partnership is a big step toward empowering our youth through skills development and training opportunities.

It was inspiring to see young people from across the Pigg's Peak Inkhundla come together, ready to invest in their future. The session didn’t just focus on job preparedness it went even further, opening conversations around entrepreneurship, starting a business, and how young people can access funding through initiatives like the Youth Enterprise Revolving Fund.

From practical CV writing tips to career guidance and support for the EYEP training applications, the day was filled with learning, ideas, and real opportunities.

The future of Piggs Peak is bright, and it starts with opportunities like this.

All thanks to the facilitators (Mrs Yeal from Likusasa Letfu, Dr Happiness Dlamini from SIMPA, Mr B Nhlengethwa from Youth Enterprise Revolving Fund - YERF Eswatini , Mr Simelane who is a Legal and Project Manager) for sharing their wealth with Pigg's Peak Youth.
